We are excited to announce an opening for a Headteacher position as we prepare to open our new school in the Bristol area. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the early development of the school and build a dedicated team.
The Headteacher will develop the leadership team to provide a bespoke learning experience that follows therapeutic practices, develops a tailored curriculum, and enables students to thrive and engage with education.
You will collaborate with outreach provisions based in Bath and Somerset to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.
We seek an inspiring Headteacher committed to fostering an inclusive culture, promoting a sense of belonging and self-worth among our students. Candidates must be fully qualified with QTS, experienced in educational leadership, and familiar with Ofsted inspection processes.
Our schools support students who have experienced trauma or benefit from a trauma-informed approach. Candidates should have a proven background in safeguarding and child protection, with a holistic and therapeutic approach to student needs. The school will serve students aged 6–18 years old.

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, aligned with the local authority's term schedule. The school is set to open in November 2025, with the successful candidate expected to start in September 2025.
