PureGym Group is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager in the UK, with a passion for fitness and leadership. Join the team to deliver outstanding member experiences, mentor staff, and drive growth in membership with proactive outreach and community events.

You will lead a team of fitness professionals, focusing on service excellence, staff development, and group exercise enhancements, while partnering with the Gym Manager to maintain high standards across the club.

Qualifications

• L2 qualification in gym instructing.
• Experience teaching group exercise.
• Ability to lead and develop a gym team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent member experience in the club with a focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.
• Support the Gym Manager to attract new joiners through outreach and events.
• Lead and develop the team: recruit, train, supervise Personal Trainers/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development for fitness staff.
• Manage and improve Group Exercise offerings within the gym.
