The role requires a passion for fitness, a strong leadership mindset, and a L2 gym instructing qualification with group exercise experience. A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to growth are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent member experience with service standards alongside the Gym Manager.
• Support Gym Manager to recruit and develop talent and run outreach events.
• Lead a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors.
• Manage Group Exercise offerings and grow the gym's classes.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development for staff.
