PureGym Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager in Oxford to lead a team of fitness professionals and ensure exceptional member service. You will support the Gym Manager, develop staff, and help grow the membership through outreach and events.

The role emphasizes leadership, high standards of service, and ongoing staff development. A Level 2 gym instruction qualification and group exercise experience are required, with a commitment to the PureGym mantra of Everybody Welcome.

Qualifications

• L2 gym instructor qualification and group exercise teaching experience.
• Proven ability to lead a fitness team and foster a positive work environment.
• Commitment to delivering high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent member experience through service and standards with the Gym Manager.
• Support the Gym Manager to recruit and develop a talent pipeline.
• Recruit, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development for staff.
• Group Exercise: manage and improve GEX offering.
