You will work closely with the Gym Manager to drive service standards, staff development, and community outreach while pushing growth in memberships.

Qualifications

• L2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.
• Support the Gym Manager to recruit and onboard new joiners via club outreach and community events.
• Lead a team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches; supervise Gym Instructors.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development for fitness staff.
• Manage and improve Group Exercise (GEX) offerings within the gym.
