Everlast Gyms is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front, developing a high-performing team and delivering best-in-class member experiences. You will support the General Manager to achieve sales, member satisfaction and operational excellence across the club.

You'll drive results, coach colleagues, and foster a positive, high-performing culture while aligning with Frasers Group standards and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Strong track record of leading teams and delivering business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to influence performance.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexible approach to working patterns, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing club teams to deliver sales, member experience and operations excellence.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of top talent.
• Coach and provide regular performance feedback to drive results.
• Drive revenue through memberships, personal training and ancillary spend.
• Maintain high operational standards and ensure safety and compliance.
