Everlast Gyms is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Cardiff to drive performance across sales, member experience, operations and team development. You will lead from the front, develop high‑performing teams and deliver best-in-class service while working within the Frasers Group framework.

The role focuses on commercial results, member retention and exceptional standards across all club operations with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to influence performance.
• Flexible approach to working patterns, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Knowledge of membership sales, retention and fitness operations.
• Pool plant and Health & Safety experience (where applicable).
