Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Coventry to lead a fast-paced team and ensure outstanding service. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, control costs, and maintain Popeyes’ high standards in food quality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading teams to hit sales targets and manage costs.
• Strong focus on food safety, HACCP and employment legislation.
• Ability to develop and retain top talent and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support the GM in building a winning plan and achieving performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with health & safety, HACCP, and employment legislation.
