Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within leisure, hospitality or leisure operations.
• Proven ability to improve KPIs and profitability while developing teams.
• Strong guest experience focus and hands-on leadership.

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily site operations.
• Drive revenue and manage wage ratios to improve profitability.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance management for the crew.
