Job summary

TeamSport, the No 1 indoor karting company in the UK, is seeking an on‑site Operations Manager to lead daily operations and coach the crew to deliver exceptional service. You will ensure procedures are followed, wage budgets monitored, and each department provides safe, high‑standard service while supporting the wider business goals.

You will work hands‑on on busy weekends and evenings, align across departments, and drive a great place to work while maintaining profitability and a strong safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams to deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and SOP compliance.
• Strong time management and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to hit KPIs including wage ratio and profitability.
• Foster collaboration between departments for stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth operations and safety in line with SOP.
• Manage departmental budgets to maximize profitability.
• Ensure policy, Health & Safety compliance and risk minimization.
• Develop people through recruitment, performance and training.
