Job summary

TeamSport in the United Kingdom is seeking an energetic F&B Team Leader/Supervisor to lead our in-house food and beverage offering. You will craft delicious experiences, guide the crew with a practical, down-to-earth approach, and keep guests safe while delivering memorable service.

If you thrive in a fast-paced leisure environment, bring hands-on F&B expertise and supervisory skills, and enjoy coaching others, this role is for you. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure/hospitality with hands-on F&B duties.
• Ability to train and coach crew on service standards and safety.

• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the F&B function.
• Train new and existing crew members on all areas of F&B.
• Always maintain brand and safety standards.
• Administration such as stock control, HACCP and rotas.
• Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability.

As a leisure and hospitality business, our peak times are during evenings and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to work during these hours is essential for this role. You are likely to have one in three weekends off.
