Job summary

TeamSport in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to oversee daily site operations, coach your crew, and ensure top‑quality service across weekends and evenings. Reporting to the Divisional Operations Director, you’ll enforce SOPs, manage wage budgets, and sustain high safety and guest standards.

You will foster teamwork across departments, hit KPI targets, and promote a Great Place to Work culture with a focus on people development, customer experience, and compliant

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
