Job summary

Popeyes UK&I in Nottingham is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, uphold Popeyes’ food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards. You’ll support the GM, drive performance, and model exceptional leadership.

You will recruit, coach and retain talent, ensure safety and cleanliness, and adapt in a fast-paced environment while pursuing personal development for future leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading results through your teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations, where needed.
• Are excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future leaders.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.

Responsibilities
