Job summary

BOXPARK Croydon is seeking a capable operations-focused professional to assist the General Manager in running a busy hospitality venue. You will coordinate front-of-house and bar teams, liaise with tenants, and help deliver a superb guest experience across day, evening, and weekend shifts.

The role emphasizes operational efficiency, health and safety compliance, and support for events. A strong passion for hospitality and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating high-volume hospitality venues.
• Knowledge of bars, tenants, lease agreements and licensing is a plus.
• Ability to liaise with tenants and manage operational concerns.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with tenants and addressing operational concerns.
• Effective shift management of the on-site team.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Assisting with operations of the Boxpark bar teams.
• Contract management of cleaning, security, maintenance, waste, etc.
• Monitoring and implementing health and safety systems.
• Sourcing best value and implementing efficiencies.
• Managing and assisting with the production and execution of events.
