Everyman Canary Wharf is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a vibrant, guest‑focused team and uphold the distinctive Everyman experience. You will drive exceptional service, operational excellence, and a positive team ethos across all venue operations.

As part of the senior management team, you will hold P&L accountability, mentor staff, and collaborate with the operations crew to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bring genuine passion for hospitality and team development.
• Be confident, energetic leaders with strong communication skills.
• Have a strong understanding of food, beverage, and guest experience.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Have previous experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager within a customer‑focussed hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the venue team to deliver consistently excellent guest service.
• Oversee all aspects of the venue’s commercial and operational performance.
• Hold full P&L accountability and use financial insight to drive revenue and achieve KPIs.
• Work closely with the Operations team to enhance service delivery and maximise business performance.
