Everyman Belsize Park is seeking a Duty Manager to help lead the venue alongside our Management Team and Team Members. You’ll be the face of Everyman, ensuring each guest enjoys the best possible cinema experience from arrival through departure.

You will oversee daily operations, support service standards, manage shifts, and respond to guest needs with warmth and efficiency. Hospitality experience is preferred; we value personality, service passion, teamwork, and a flexible, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality environment is preferable.
• A passion for food, customer service, hospitality and people.
• Able to work with others or independently.
• Upbeat, hardworking and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running and operation of the venue with the Management Team and Team Members.
• Be the face of Everyman, ensuring guests have the best possible cinema experience from arrival to departure.
