Everyman Salisbury is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our vibrant and friendly team, delivering the distinctive Everyman hospitality and guest experience.

You’ll provide visible leadership, drive operational excellence, and hold full P&L accountability, working with the Operations team to maximise revenue and KPI attainment.

Qualifications

• Bring genuine passion for hospitality and team development.
• Be confident, energetic leaders with strong communication skills.
• Have a strong understanding of food, beverage, and guest experience.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Have previous experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager within a customer-focused hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the venue team to deliver consistently excellent guest service
• Oversee all aspects of the venue’s commercial and operational performance
• Hold full P&L accountability and use financial insight to drive revenue and achieve KPIs
• Work closely with the Operations team to enhance service delivery and maximise business performance
