Everyman Lincoln is recruiting a General Manager to lead one of our venues, delivering the distinctive Everyman experience for guests through outstanding service and operational excellence.

You will guide the venue team, drive commercial performance, own the P&L, and partner with the Operations team to raise service standards and guest satisfaction. If you’re a passionate hospitality leader with proven venue management experience, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and service standards.
