Job summary

wagamama ltd is hiring an assistant general manager to lead a busy restaurant with calm leadership and a focus on team development.

You'll work with the general manager to drive performance, coach staff, and maintain energy during peak times. The role offers a £45,000 OTE with a base salary, a £3,000 bonus and tips, plus a comprehensive package for growth.
