Job summary

wagamama is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead a vibrant restaurant and inspire the team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll orchestrate service, handle challenges on the fly, and drive continuous improvement with energy and passion.

You’ll partner with the management team, plan shifts, coach staff, manage labour, and contribute to the restaurant's financial performance while celebrating success with your team.

Qualifications

• Experience running and planning shifts to ensure adequate cover.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to improve standards.
• Understanding of labour costs and restaurant financial performance.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• working closely with the rest of the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant
• helping your team feel seen, supported, and proud of what they do
• jumping into service, solving problems fast, and keeping energy high
• nurturing your team to grow, not just hit targets
• thinking with a kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen

• are experienced in running and planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover, love working with the team, and coaching on the go
