wagamama ltd in the United Kingdom (Chipping Barnet) is seeking a General Manager for a full-time role. You will be the beating heart of the restaurant, shaping culture and leading the team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced service.

You will coach and develop your team, stay calm under pressure, and drive a Kaizen mindset by constantly spotting improvements and making them happen. This role rewards leadership and dedication with strong growth potential.
