wagamama is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a busy restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

You will coach teams, stay calm under pressure, and continuously improve operations with a Kaizen mindset. This role offers leadership growth towards a General Manager position in a vibrant hospitality setting.
