Job summary

wagamama is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help run a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant with the General Manager. You will support the team, ensure smooth service, and foster a culture where staff feel seen and valued.

You’ll coach the team to grow while keeping energy high, solving problems quickly, and continuously looking for small improvements to elevate the guest experience.
