Job summary

Nando's Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Harrogate to lead the restaurant team, drive performance, and deliver outstanding PERi-PERi service. You will oversee daily operations, staff development and customer experience across Eat-in, Collection and Delivery channels.

The role focuses on commercial results, budgeting, forecasting and labour management while maintaining the brand’s lively, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and running successful shifts.
• Deliver strong operational and commercial performance in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Able to balance budgets, forecasting and labour.
