Job summary

Nando’s Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Glasgow to partner with the Patrão, lead Nandocas, and drive a top‑performing restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering strong operational results and an exceptional customer experience, while managing compliance and safety standards.

You will focus on people development, data‑driven decisions, and maintaining a high‑energy, guest‑first culture in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams, running shifts, and delivering strong operational and commercial performance.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecasts and labour.
• Proven track record delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant management team alongside the Patrão to drive results and guest experience.
• Use data and performance trends to grow sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance and safety standards across the restaurant.
