Everyman Horsham is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead a vibrant kitchen team and deliver a memorable dining experience for every guest at the cinema venue.

You will be responsible for running all kitchen operations, including rosters, stock control and ordering, while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and service in a fast-paced branded environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and team leadership.
• Ability to train and motivate a kitchen team.
• Strong eye for detail and presentation.
• Experience running kitchen rotas, stock control, and ordering.
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Ensure all items leaving the kitchen meet brand standards and quality.
• Manage rotas, stock control and ordering processes.
• Uphold kitchen health & safety and food safety compliance.

The Day-to-Day Script

As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for all things food-related, ensuring that every item that leaves your kitchen is of the highest quality, you will need:

• To be a passionate and dynamic leader, who can train and motivate a team to ensure delivery of exceptional service to all the guests whilst maintaining commercial and operational excellence of the venue.
• An eye for detail, making sure that everything looks as it should before service.
• Full confidence in running all aspects of the kitchen, including rotas, stock control & ordering.
• A sharp understanding of kitchen health & safety, food safety, and administrative tasks.
• To work closely with the venue management team to maximise service delivery opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of the cinema.

Successful Kitchen Manager candidates will have:
