Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in driving daily restaurant operations with style and energy.

You will lead a high-volume front-of-house team, uphold service standards of a classic French brasserie, manage rota planning, and coach team members to deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance.

The Role

As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. You will help ensure exceptional service standards, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Who you’ll be

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-volume restaurant or brasserie
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for hospitality, food, and wine
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
