Job summary

Côte Brasserie in Liverpool is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy brasserie, delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a dynamic team.

This role offers progression within a professional, kitchen-and-bar aligned team, with an hourly rate plus tronc and 40 hours per week, plus bonus opportunities and staff meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-volume restaurant or brasserie.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards reflect the quality and style of a classic French brasserie.
• Assist with training your team members and managing performance.
• Help manage rotas, labour costs and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

The Role

As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. You will help ensure exceptional service standards, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
