Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. You will drive exceptional service, maintain efficiency, and create a welcoming guest atmosphere in a busy, high‑volume brasserie.

With strong leadership and hospitality passion, you will train staff, monitor performance, and ensure standards align with our classic French brasserie style.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a high‑volume restaurant or brasserie.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and wine.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The Role
