Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and guest experience. You will help maintain service standards, drive operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality, wine, and food, with a focus on delivering consistent French brasserie service.

Responsibilities

• Help manage rotas, labour costs, and operational efficiency
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

The Role
