Parogon Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join a vibrant, busy restaurant team. You will drive service standards, develop people, and support the General Manager and Head Chef in the Critical Triangle.

The role offers a strong compensation package and clear opportunities for progression in a supportive culture. Expect a starting salary up to £35,000, plus a 10% KPI-based bonus (£3,500) and a service charge averaging £8,700, bringing total package to around £47,200 per year.
