Job summary

The Parogon Group is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead the kitchen and drive exceptional food experiences. You will work closely with the General Manager and brigade to ensure consistent quality, training, and development across the team.

You’ll shape menus, mentor staff, and champion a culture of inclusivity and excellence, in a fast-paced hospitality group with strong local roots.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for flavour exploration.
• Ability to develop and mentor junior staff and brigade.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Support the General Manager and brigade to deliver exceptional food.
• Develop and grow the team to be the best they can be.
