Job summary

Parogon Group is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our busy restaurant team in the UK. You will support the General Manager and Head Chef, driving guest experience, service standards and team development in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

The package rewards performance with a starting salary up to £35,000, a 10% bonus (£3,500) based on KPI, a service charge around £8,700 and a total package quoted at £47,200 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to develop staff and improve service.
• Passion for delivering amazing service in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Head Chef as part of the restaurant's Critical Triangle.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Drive service standards and operational excellence across shifts.
