Job summary

Parogon Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our busy restaurant team. You will support the General Manager and Head Chef to drive service excellence, staff development, and smooth day-to-day operations in a vibrant environment.

This role offers a rewarding package with a starting salary up to £35,000, a 10% KPI bonus (£3,500) and a substantial service charge (£8,700) taking total earnings to about £47,200 per year, plus career progression within a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Proven ability to develop staff and manage a busy restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Head Chef in daily operations.
• Lead, coach and develop front-of-house teams for service excellence.
• Drive guest experience and ensure KPI targets are met.
