Job summary

Parogon Group is seeking a Superstar Assistant General Manager to join [ENTER RESTAURANT NAME]. If you are obsessed with delivering amazing service in a vibrant restaurant and enjoy developing your people, this is for you.

AGM package includes a base salary up to £35,000, a 10% KPI-based bonus (£3,500), and a service charge around £8,700, totaling ~£47,200 yearly. You’ll support the GM and Head Chef in a busy setting with real progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and coach staff to deliver high service standards.
• Strong focus on delivering amazing service in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Experience in hospitality and front-of-house operations preferred.
