Parogon Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our busy restaurant team in Congleton. You will support the General Manager and Head Chef as part of the restaurant's Critical Triangle, delivering outstanding service in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment.

• A starting salary up to £35,000
• 10% Bonus = £3,500 – Based on KPI’s that are achievable and impactful
• Service charge that works out to about £8,700
• Total potential package = £47,200 a year
