wagamama ltd is seeking an assistant general manager to help run a vibrant, high-performing restaurant in Hatfield. You’ll bring calm in the chaos, support your team, and help craft a fast, friendly service that puts guests first.

You’ll lead with empathy, coach your team to grow, and approach every shift with a kaizen mindset, spotting small improvements and making them happen. The role offers strong development and a culture that celebrates energy and connection.
