wagamama is hiring an assistant general manager (full-time) to lead a vibrant, high-performing restaurant in London, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the general manager to keep service paced and welcoming.

You’ll coach your team to grow, jump into service to solve problems quickly, and foster a culture where everyone feels seen and proud of what they do. This role offers growth and development with competitive benefits.
