NANDO'S LIMITED is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant shifts, drive exceptional guest experiences, and develop a high-performing team. The role emphasises leadership, brand standards, and hands-on management in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will work closely with the leadership team to deliver great PERi-PERi service, mentor staff, and ensure operational excellence across all channels. This role offers strong progression and a vibrant, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a hospitality/food service environment.
• Passion for people, food and hospitality; ability to motivate and engage a team.
• Customer obsession and drive to deliver great guest experiences on shift, across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations on shift to ensure consistent guest experience.
• Inspire and develop team members; identify future manager talent.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure smooth service during busy periods.
