Job summary

Nando’s UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts in Stirling, delivering the famous PERi-PERi experience. You’ll motivate the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure excellent guest care while driving sales and efficiency across all channels.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll mentor staff, manage opening and closing procedures, and maintain the high-energy, customer-obsessed culture that makes Nando’s a great place to work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in hospitality or food service.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Ability to develop and motivate staff and manage shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations on shifts, ensuring quality guest experience.
• Develop and mentor team members, focusing on career progression.
• Drive delivery across channels and ensure smooth service, from kitchen to customer.
