Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver exceptional PERi-PERi dining experiences. You will drive shift operations, guest satisfaction and staff development while upholding brand values and standards.

From day one you will follow a structured training plan, work across channels, seize opportunities for growth, and enjoy a bonus package, staff meals, and a vibrant, fast-paced hospitality environment in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for customer service and team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant on shift, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is delivered consistently across all channels.
• Drive team development, coaching and performance to meet brand standards.
• Maintain high quality food preparation, service delivery and safety standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement company initiatives and improvements.
