Job summary

Nando’s in Blaby is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations, coach the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences every shift.

You will drive service standards, develop talent, manage day-to-day restaurant performance and live our brand values while delivering Peri-Peri moments for customers, whether on-site or in drive-thru when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and shift coverage.
