Job summary

Nando's Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy restaurant, uphold brand standards and inspire the team to deliver excellent PERi-PERi service to every guest.

You will manage shifts, coach colleagues, drive sales, and ensure a memorable guest journey across all touchpoints. The role includes professional development, staff bonuses, pension contributions and other benefits as part of our supportive team culture.

• Previous management experience in hospitality or food service.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations on shift to ensure smooth service.
