Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE in Paisley, Scotland is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy restaurant team. You’ll live and breathe our brand, drive excellent guest service and daily operations, and support the General Manager with coaching, scheduling and performance development.

You'll start with a 3-month training plan, enjoy a generous bonus plan, staff meals, pension eligibility in the UK and opportunities to travel and grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Able to drive high guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations on shift and ensure quality service.
• Coach, develop and manage team performance.
• Oversee guest experience to deliver the PERi-PERi standard.
• Support GM with scheduling, training and guest relations.
