Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver the Nando's guest journey on shift, upholding our brand values.

You will drive the development of your team in a fast-paced setting, inspiring energy and ensuring exceptional service while managing operations and standards across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy hospitality environment.
