SSP Group is seeking an inspirational Assistant General Manager to join our team. You will support your manager to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence, mentoring the team and upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proven track record in QSR environments. You will lead by example, ensure safety and service quality, and help the team achieve loyalty and efficiency across busy service periods.

• Proven experience in leading a team in the QSR sector.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to train staff.
• Excellent communication and adaptability under pressure.

• Support the General Manager and lead by example.
• Maintain brand quality and safety standards for customers and team.

• Previous QSR experience is required.
