In collaboration with the Front Office Manager, you will ensure that the Front Office Receptionists and Duty Managers deliver the highest level of customer care, encouraging guests to return repeatedly.

Role Overview:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Front Office Manager by overseeing daily operations of the Reception, Duty Manager, and Night shifts
  • Developing and implementing departmental strategies to enhance customer performance and service excellence
  • Maintaining high visibility during peak guest demand periods to deliver a comprehensive lobby experience
  • Achieving monthly Net Promoter and Guest Review Index targets for arrivals, stays, and departures
  • Handling guest issues effectively
  • Coaching team members for improvement and development
  • Managing the department in the absence of the Manager
  • Ensuring effective communication between key departments
  • Generating ideas to drive the business forward
