Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, 4 star Hotel, £35,000 package

Ilkley, hourly rate, 40 hour week, all straight shifts

Live-in available, multi rosette venue, great work life balance

Our clients who operate this premium 4 star hotel with 2 restaurants, holding AA rosettes & Michelin recognition, are recruiting an assistant F&B manager to assist with the day-to-day running of the multi rosette fine dining restaurant, banqueting & events within the hotel.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience working in a 2+ AA Rosette standard fine dining restaurant
• Understanding of Wines, although training courses will be given
• Have a friendly yet professional persona
• Be a strong team player, being able to enthuse those around you
• Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
• Assisting in the staff management and training along with ordering and stock control.
• Have the ability to self-manage and the ability to adapt and improvise to changing situations.
