We are recruiting an Assistant Food & Beverage Cost Controller to join our team.

Overview:

1. Control and reconcile food and beverage costs according to Edwardian Hotels London standards through analysis, requisitions, controls, margins, and sales targets.
2. Ensure orders are based on usage, stock turnover, and budget limits.
3. Verify compliance of invoices, delivery notes, and requisition notes with procedures; perform quantity checks on all goods received.
4. Assist in daily invoice processing, purchase orders, and requisitions, providing management information for decision-making.

About You:

• Three years’ experience managing food and beverage stock units.
• Proven management skills and personal achievement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective liaison with non-financial staff.
• Team player with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Client-focused approach.
• IT literate.
