We are offering the possibility of remote working to find the best candidate. There may be a requirement to travel to the site for training and to attend in-person finance meetings.

As a Fulfilment Centre Finance Analyst, your duties include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting with weekly forecasting
2. Assisting with weekly payroll
3. Bank reconciliations
4. Ensuring purchase invoices are processed promptly
5. Liaising with suppliers and the wider team to resolve queries and maintain good relationships
6. Reconciling supplier statements and matching payments in the accounts system
7. Assisting with monthly customer billing, checking for errors, and processing invoices into the Xero accounts package
8. Liaising with clients and the wider team to resolve queries
9. Collating data for customer forecasting and month-end reporting
10. Analyzing data sets to ensure all revenue is captured
11. Creating weekly KPIs for operational use

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000 - £40,000 per year
